Why We Started Rakit

The Malay word "Rakit" encapsulates the essence of our mission. Derived from "Rangkaian" (network) and "Ikatan" (bond), Rakit reflects our goal: to forge a platform that connects individuals, knowledge, and communities, fostering a network of relationships rooted in shared cultural heritage.

We saw the need for such a platform in the face of modern challenges. As cultures evolve and globalization takes its course, the richness of Malay traditions can sometimes be overshadowed or forgotten. Our response?
